Vegan Paella. For all the haters (chefs) at work who told me it couldn’t be done, LOOK AT DIS. Complete with homemade yellow-brown rice, every vegetable in the supermarket, cashews and SOYSAGE. nomnomnom

 

Grapefruit Avocado Salad, with a lemon vinaigrette.
