Birthday Cake.

I’m not much of a baker and wanted to make sure it was done in time for my friend’s birthday, so I cheated and used prepackaged dry cake mix (I know, I know). To veganize the mix, I just used my handy EnerG egg replacer.

With some acquired skills from watching too much Food Network and general craftiness, I ended up with a beautiful 4-tier, multicolor cake.
